the BISP Kafalat quarterly payment after receiving approval from the IMF. After this increase, from

January 2025, the beneficiaries will be provided a quarterly stipend of 13,500 instead of 10,500 rupees.

Procedure To Complete The Registration In The BISP Kafalat Program

All such women who meet all the eligibility criteria set by the Benazir Income Support Program can join

the Kafalat program by completing their registration. Here I am going to provide an easy registration

procedure for the complete guidance of such women, so it is requested from such women to complete

their registration process by following this procedure. Remember the registration process is completed through the NSER survey.

• To complete the registration, such women should first visit any nearest BISP office in their city.
• As soon as they enter the office, such women have to go to the BISP representatives at the registration desk and provide their identity card and child birth form.
• After which the representative will verify the identity card of the woman and the child’s bay form and issue a token to complete the NSER survey.
• After which, women have to go to the registration room after getting this token.
• A computer operator of BISP will be present inside the registration room who will ask the women various questions and complete the registration form.
• After completing the registration form, fingerprints of women will be taken to complete the verification process.
• And after that the survey registration process will be completed, and the women will immediately receive the survey completion SMS from 8171.
• After which BISP will begin the process of verifying the information collected from the women, and all women who meet the eligibility criteria will be notified of their inclusion in the program through SMS.

• First, open the 8171 web portal from the given link https://8171.bisp.gov.pk/.
• After the web portal opens, you will see two fields on the screen to enter the ID card number and captcha code.
• Enter your ID card number in the first field;, remember to enter the ID card number without any dashes or space.
• After that, in the second field, you have to enter the captcha code you see on the screen.
• And click on the “Find” button shown below.
• At the click of a button, all the details regarding your eligibility will appear on your screen.
